In the beginning…
PITCH was founded because after years of climbing, we
wished for more from our gear. It wasn't enough that it
functioned well and kept us climbing it had to express
our style too.
Initially just making stuff for us, but after a while it
was beginning to get noticed... So, we thought we should
really invite everyone else to the party and see what
happened.
So with only one sewing machine we set off on our mission,
to make some seriously nice gear for
other climbers to be able to
express their style while still supporting them in their
adventures. Practical gear,
just a bit louder.
We knew we liked it, and if it didn't take off we would
still wear it :)
climb beyond… what?
We guess you could
call it the mission statement, the company motto, our
tag-line...... blah blah - it's just what we are about
really. To go beyond the expected; setting
beyond the next goal, training beyond pain from loss of
skin, thinking beyond that 10m fall you just took,
trying to push just that bit further each time - beyond
whatever obstacle is stopping you from working out that
problem.
Climbing, its a mind
game -
you have to be committed to what you're trying to
achieve to ever reach where you want to climb to.
We are committed, we
can't escape it, we have to do it.

So here we are now. We're still growing, and you will find much more from us on here each time you
come to visit.... but mostly we're loving making gear
that we want to see more of and just having a blast out
on the crag's.
